I live in a condomini and the only reason this delivery worked with one of my neighbors with the delivery people in the lobby. I had previously said to call me first and have a great day delivery person at the door because the door is always locked. The delivery company FedEx Ground delivered the towels in a six hour window rather than a four hour window they advised. Oh boy. I receive very good sales and service from your company. I have no issues with sales and service, but rather delivery.
